• Assistance of medical professionals to help resolve cases faster and reduce medical and indemnity costs
• Greater opportunity for directing care to qualified physicians
• Internal and external case managers to assist the adjuster with the coordination of the medical aspects of a claim by providing the insured with quality medical care and preferred scheduling
• Medical bill reviews that ensure the proper adjustment of bills by eliminating inappropriate charges and bundled services, which can increase medical bills 
• Utilization review process that ensures that the appropriate medical treatment is being performed, while eliminating redundant or unneccesary medical procedures
• Additional services such as the prescription drug program, MRI network and durable medical equipment program (Contact your local Core Service Center for availability in your area)
