Amerisure’s Developmental Marketing Underwriter Program

Amerisure’s Developmental Marketing Underwriter Program is a comprehensive 12-month program that provides the technical and marketing training needed to advance in Amerisure’s performance culture. Participants will develop skills to advance to an integral role at Amerisure by participating in classroom training, self-study and mentoring with Amerisure’s top Marketing Underwriters.

The fast-paced, intensive training and mentoring opportunities result in a well-rounded knowledge base for commercial insurance underwriting, the ability to build strong alliances with Amerisure’s partner agencies, and the ability to collaborate with others to achieve in a culture that rewards extraordinary performance.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of business experience
• Strong communication, relationship building and analytical skills
• Willingness to collaborate with internal and external clients
• Ability to understand and convey complex technical information that will positively impact clients’ results and alliance with Amerisure 
• Bachelor’s degree
