Amerisure’s Developmental Marketing Underwriter Program

Amerisure’s Developmental Marketing Underwriter (DMU) Program is a comprehensive 12-month program that provides the technical and marketing training needed to advance in Amerisure’s performance culture. Participants will develop skills to advance to an integral role at Amerisure^® by participating in classroom training, self-study and mentoring with Amerisure’s top Marketing Underwriters.

The fast-paced, intensive training and mentoring opportunities result in a well-rounded knowledge base for commercial insurance underwriting, the ability to build strong alliances with Amerisure’s partner agencies, and the ability to collaborate with others to achieve in a culture that rewards extraordinary performance.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of business experience
• Strong communication, relationship building and analytical skills
• Willingness to collaborate with internal and external clients
• Ability to understand and convey complex technical information that will positively impact clients’ results and alliance with Amerisure 
• Bachelor’s degree
• Insurance experience preferred
