Advocate Claim Handling

Amerisure's Claims Department has raised industry customer service standards by implementing the Advocate ClaimsServicesm program. Working through our Partners for Success® agencies, and based on our commitment to being the policyholders' advocate for the containment of losses, our Advocate ClaimsService program provides uncompromising support to our policyholders, further strengthening our claim mitigation and claim resolution services.

So, how do we do it?

  • We provide a service team approach that facilitates the use of expertise from multiple disciplines to make the best decisions to handle your claim.
  • Our Claim Adjusters bring vast experience in handling commercial claims that is higher than the industry standard.
  • Our Advocate Claim Call on qualified files is an integral part of our claims processing. In order to effectively manage a claim, we need to consult the person that is closest to the event -- the policyholder. The benefits of the Advocate Claim Call is two-fold. First, the policyholder knows the progress and has input in creating the resolution plan for handling their claim. Second, our service team gets first-hand knowledge about all aspects of a claim, allowing for the most efficient claim processing.
  • Our localized claim services provide policyholders with the tools to control medical costs associated with a loss and return injured employees to the job sooner.
  • We are committed to ensuring the injured worker receives the best medical care possible. This is integral in reducing the period of disability and returning the employee to work as quickly as possible.
  • Amerisure's Advocate ClaimsService works with the policyholder to develop return-to-work strategies for injured employees who cannot return to their regular job duties.
