In her new role, Vaughn oversees the day-to-day operations of the WC claims department. “Kimberly is well prepared for her new leadership role within the Company,” said Matthew Morrison, Vice President, Technical Claims. “She understands the complexities of the WC market and the ever-growing demands of our policyholders. Prior to joining the Company, she practiced law in the areas of WC as well as medical and dental malpractice. Vaughn is a graduate of Michigan State University with a B.A. in Supply Chain Management, and she obtained her J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law. She holds a Certified Litigation Management Professional designation though the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance.
