Our services include: Nurse Case Managers – Amerisure nurses triage all new lost-time claims, focusing on the management of appropriate treatment and enhanced communication between medical providers, external case managers, Amerisure Claim Specialists, the agent, policyholder and injured worker. Pharmacy Benefits Manager – Injured workers receive a prescription card that provides immediate coverage information to pharmacies. This program also provides cost savings by helping to prevent payment for prescriptions not related to the claim. Medical Bill Review – This ensures the proper adjustment of bills by eliminating inappropriate charges and bundled services that can increase medical costs. Utilization Review – Assists Amerisure Claim Specialist to ensure that unnecessary or redundant medical treatments are not being performed. Medical Provider Lookup - Offers access to medical provider contact information.
