OSHA to Post Employer-Specific Safety Data
For the first time, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) will publicly disclose establishment-specific injury and illness data from certain employers (see Table, below). Under a new rule that took effect January 1, employers must submit some data electronically so OSHA can post it on its website.
